Led by the talented Joel Davis, this opportunity is a chance to dive deeper into the yogic world beyond just the physical practice to experience the full depth of what the ancient yogic traditions have to offer.
In this community event, we will sing and chant together, discuss how the theories and philosophies of yoga can help us on and off our mats, cultivate a meditation practice, and get to know our community at a deeper level through an open discussion of these topics.
What you will need for these sessions:
- Comfortable clothes to relax in
- Yoga Mat
- Meditation cushion or pillow to sit on
- Water
- Journal to take notes if you would like
- An open mind and heart to explore the ancient wisdom of yoga!
