Sidney began practicing at HYA in 2023 and has been a member of our work-trade crew.

Sidney was born and raised in Mooresville, N.C., and went to college here at UNC-Asheville.
She has a background in dance and gymnastics and found her love for yoga while in college.
After school, she began traveling the country on a spiritual quest of sorts, hoping to find like-minded individuals and learn more about the mysteries of life.
Her travels lead her to the deserts of the West, to the Rocky Mountains, and to a hidden gem of a place called Eureka Springs, Arkansas.
There, she found her interest in studying Astrology, practicing breathwork, and learning other holistic healing modalities.
When life brought her back to Asheville, she said finding HYA felt like coming home. When she’s not at the front desk, Sid works as a personal assistant and offers mini astrology readings. She looks forward to growing her practice alongside our amazing community.
