We are thrilled to introduce Jessica Zoller as the newest member of the HYA teaching staff. She will begin teaching Hot 26 classes in June and brings a wealth of experience and training, as well as her passionate embrace of all forms of yoga.
Jess recently underwent hip replacement surgery and has used her practice to regain her physical strength and stamina. She credits the Hot 26 practice for playing a big part in her recovery. She has been teaching that series for more than two decades — she has more than 1,200 hours of yoga training — and brings her deep knowledge into every class she teaches.

Jessica Zoller’s classes are infused with her deep love for yoga and her extensive training across multiple disciplines. Students stepping into her class will experience a space of connection, self-discovery, and growth. Jessica treasures sharing her accumulated knowledge to help others cultivate strength, flexibility, mindfulness, and compassionate self-expression—elements that truly make yoga a life-changing practice.
Teaching since 2001, Jessica’s journey has taken many twists and turns, bringing her to Asheville and HYA, where she feels most at home. Her diverse training includes certifications from the Baptiste Institute, Forrest Yoga, Bikram Yoga College of India, as well as a 500-hour advanced teacher training with Jason Crandell and a Mindfulness Meditation teacher training with David Nichtern. This broad background allows her to create thoughtfully sequenced classes that promote physical vitality and mental clarity.
Students will gain not only physical strength and flexibility but also tools for cultivating resilience, mindfulness, and inner calm. Her classes foster a sense of community and compassion, inspiring each person to connect more deeply with themselves and others. Jessica’s teaching encourages creative self-expression and personal discovery, helping students leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and more aligned with their authentic selves.
Jessica’s professional background as a social worker and musician informs her warm, empathetic approach. As a mom to a lively teenager, a dog and cat mom, and partner to her adventurous husband Jason—who introduced her to Asheville—she embodies gratitude, curiosity, and a love for living fully. Her core values of compassion, connection, and creative self-expression shine through in every class, making each experience meaningful and transformative.
