Join us for a rejuvenating workshop designed to deepen your connection with yourself. The practice of meditation and mindfulness will bring your yoga practice to a new level, and this workshop will help you harness the power of sound to make it even more accessible and deeply peaceful.

What to Expect:

Led by Lynn Zinser: Experience guided instruction from Lynn, a seasoned yoga teacher and meditation retreat leader. She will introduce accessible meditation techniques, including mantras, breathing exercises and sound, to help you tap into the inner peace that often gets lost amid daily life’s demands.

Workshop Highlights:

  1. Overcoming Obstacles: Discover meditation principles and strategies to face common challenges that may lead you to abandon your practice. Lynn will reassure you that struggling to quiet the mind is normal—everyone goes through this journey.
  2. Introduction to Mantras: Learn the power of mantras to center your busy mind, featuring a simple Ganesha mantra focused on removing the obstacles between you and the tranquility you seek.
  3. Breathing Techniques: Explore how your breath can be your most powerful ally in meditation. Gain insights into simple techniques that promote peace, not only during meditation but also in your daily routine.
  4. Seated Meditation with Sound Healing: Experience a unique meditation session enhanced by the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, led by talented sound healer Allie Mandikos.
  5. Sound Bath: Conclude the workshop with a beautiful sound healing session that will leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

What to Bring:

To ensure your comfort during the session, please bring a meditation cushion or pillow to sit on, a yoga mat for lounging during the sound bath, and any additional items such as pillows, blankets, or eye coverings. Consider bringing a notebook or journal to jot down insights and techniques you may discover throughout the workshop.
