Guided by your favorite DJ and BLAST powerhouse, Britt Klach, expect to bounce, booty drop, and breathe to the beat as we cycle through rounds of dynamic cardio bursts, resistance-based movements, and core-stabilizing exercises that will leave your legs and glutes stronger than ever. With modifications and progressions provided, this class is accessible whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just getting started.

This workshop will highlight our new BLAST format. Our former Inferno BLAST and Yoga BLAST formats have been combined into one rocking class, simply called BLAST! It maintains the best elements of Inferno, including the bridge exercises and abdominal-strengthening intervals, adding in dynamic HIIT exercises and some Flow yoga elements for an all-around amazing workout.
