While resting in restorative Yin postures, Dianne will weave the five tools (benefits) of Yoga Nidra, and how they influence our body/mind complex, known to the yogis as the five Koshas.
You will be taken on a journey through your Koshas. First through a series of postures, then coming to a restful savasana. It is here you will be guided through progressive states of conscious relaxation, known as Yoga Nidra.聽聽
The intention is to help you experience how Yoga Nidra works through the body/mind complex. Not only will you hear and learn about the tools, but you will also feel and embody the benefits of Yoga Nidra.聽 You are amazing. You have a brilliant body that is always seeking balance and harmony. May you shift from thinking and doing to feeling and being, allowing the innate wisdom of the body to heal and restore.聽聽聽
Please dress in comfortable clothing. Please bring a yoga mat, a blanket, a bolster or pillow and anything else you will need for comfort. Release the need to take notes. You will be given a handout with the key points noted for you to take home.聽
