- Introduction (What to expect) – 25 minutes
- Energy Release (Vata releasing prep movements) – 5 minutes
- Kriya and Trikon Pranayama – 15 minutes
- Guided Meditation – 10 minutes
- Dirgha Pranayama and Holotropic Breath – 25 minutes
- Integration (Guided meditation and extended Shavasana) – 10 minutes
