Are you ready to elevate your practice and discover the joy of arm balances and inversions? Join us this February for an extraordinary workshop series led by the amazing HYA instructor, Tania Laveck, alongside Dr. Sieara Hinshaw from Outshine PT and Fitness!
This workshop series is designed for all levels, whether you’ve hit a plateau in your journey or are eager to dive in and explore these empowering poses. Together, we will guide you through a transformative experience that emphasizes safety, strength, and fun!

What to Expect: Each session will introduce drills for strength, shape, and balancing using weights and fun props. We will focus on building strength and mindfulness to help you advance and sustain your practice for a lifetime. For the best results, we highly recommend attending all three sessions!
Workshop Schedule:
- February 8 (2:00 to 4:00 PM): Strengthening spinal flexion, wrist, shoulder, and hip mobility, with a focus on Crow/Crane variations, Flying Pigeon, and Kundinyasana II.
- February 15 (2:00 to 4:00 PM): Enhancing spinal rotation through poses such as Side Crow, Kundinyasana I, Astavakrasana, and Grasshopper.
- February 22 (2:00 to 4:00 PM): Developing spinal extension and overhead mobility, featuring Forearm Stand, Handstand variations, and Press Handstand.
Please note that these three workshops build upon one another to create a comprehensive learning experience. Signing up indicates your commitment to attending all sessions. While we will consider drop-in requests based on availability, we highly encourage participating in the entire series for the best experience.
