Part lecture, discussion, self inquiry and yoga flow, this workshop will leave you feeling energized and relaxed. Rad Roller balls will be used to practice self-massage and reach those places that hurt so good.
If you are new to yoga, want to learn more about your body, are working through an injury or just want more tools to release tension in your body, this workshop is for you. You will get one-on-one time with Ruth to ask questions and you will leave with an outline of a sequence to do on your own.
The cost is $50.
