Join Extraordinaire of the Asian Arts, Sarah Fields, for a Chinese medicine mini-retreat including a class on the elements, a rejuvenating Qi gong practice to increase energy, steady the mind and release tension, followed by a meditative yin yoga practice targeted to unwind and shift into total relaxation through held postures, visualization and breath work.
The last half of class will be dedicated to a gentle acupuncture treatment in a long and restful savasana, tailored to calm the spirit and boost the immune system during the last of the summer months. This is a perfect workshop for anyone experiencing the summer into fall blues or looking for a seasonal pick me up so we can go into winter with a positive outlook.
