In this special workshop, we invite you to prioritize your well-being and connect with yourself on a deeper level. Natalie, an experienced Ayurvedic yoga teacher, will guide you through a unique journey of breath and movement, focusing on the transformative power of pranayama.

Your own bolster/meditation cushion/pillow/blanket
Yoga mat

This pranayama experience is designed to help you set an intention for release, guiding you through an asana practice that fosters renewal. The session will culminate in breathwork aimed at allowing you to break through into a more enlightened state of being.

Kriya and Trikon Pranayama
Meditation for Intentional Practice
(Includes intention setting and an internal fire ceremony)
Asana Practice
(Featuring twist-focused vinyasa and Yin/restorative postures)
Breathwork: Dirgha Pranayama and Holotropic Breath
Integration: Guided Meditation (ground, clear, protect), long shavasana, and closing with OM
