
A 6-week series designed to build a balanced body, a quieter mind, a set of healthy mental and physical practices to let your energy shine!
In an ideal world, we all evenly balance our masculine and feminine energies, our Yin and Yang practices, our desire to strive and succeed with our need to honor and love ourselves as we are.
Your yoga practice goes a long way in the journey toward balance, but there is so much to explore.
In this series, join instructor Lynn Zinser and dive deep into the mind, body and spirit to find the balance within. We will combine a yoga practice with short meditations and breathing techniques designed to anchor your energy inward, to find peace with your practice and your life no matter where it takes you.
You will learn to link your physical practice with your breath and deeper sense of self, to honor your feminine energy as well as the more commonly emphasized masculine energy. Have you wanted to work meditation into your practice but don’t know how? This is a great entry point.
Each session will have a different focus and include:
A short opening meditation and breathing exerciseA Flow & Restore practice: energetic movement followed by long, slow stretches
A closing meditation and homework to take with you (the good kind!)

Week 2: 4/16/23 Side Bends and Lateral Movement
Week 3: 4/23/23 Cross-body Movement
Week 4: 5/7/23 Hands and Feet
Week 5: 5/14/23 Heart Opening
Week 6: 5/21/23 Throat Chakra Opening
Bring any props that will help you be comfortable during seated meditations and Yin poses.
