    Cant wait to come to your studio! I havent been yet as Im a beginner.

    Are any classes good for me if I have a weak upper body due to being 20 pounds overweight?

    Id love to try a class, I have been to several yoga classes but not for a long time.

      HI Helen! Absolutely! You should definitely come to the Hot 26 Classes. We don’t even put full body weight on the arms so you can build strength without straining. That’s the class most people start with! Much love Adi
