I used Bikram Asheville as part of my training for The Coastal Challenge, a six-day expedition run in Costa Rica. We covered 136 miles and climbed 30,000 feet. Bikram was essential during preparation and throughout the week of the race, keeping me centered, and my muscles and mind open to the challenge. It is an important part of my lifestyle as an athlete and lover of life.
