Two friends from work suggested I try Bikram last July (2008) and after almost passing out and really believing I would never come back, I found myself thinking about the experience constantly. How I felt during class, how challenging it was, how mentally and emotionally rich the experience was… like many others, I was hooked. Changes in me include improved confidence, greater courage when facing challenging situations, awareness of breath, greater tone/some weight loss, greater self awareness- many things have improved!
